Appointment Arrivals

All guests are required to wait until they receive our “ready” notification before coming back to Suite 404. Please wait in the waiting area on the 4th floor to prevent a late start.

If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule & our Late Cancel/Reschedule Policy will apply.

Covid-19 Health & Safety Protocol

If you’re sick with any kind of cold/flu/virus please cancel or reschedule your appointment, even if you’re testing negative for Covid. If you show up to your appointment sick, you will be asked to leave & it will count as a Late Cancel.

Face masks are currently optional at Planted. Please let us know if you’d like us to wear a mask during your service, we’re happy to do whatever helps you feel safe.

Late Cancel or Reschedule & No Call/No Shows

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your appointment total.

If you NO CALL/NO SHOW, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment total.

*You won’t be able to book any further appointments if you don’t take care of these fees.*
